Municipal public policy and social economy

The Solidarity Economy has gained prominence in the last three decades and has become the object of many Brazilian public policies for income generation. In this article I discuss the specifics of public policies for income generation, founding mechanisms, organizational structures and possible models, considering theoretical and field research published to date as a counterpoint to the particularities suggested.
