Abstract:
Law 12,651 came from the need of ranchers to increase their production versus conservation of native vegetation. Thus, it is possible to increase the agricultural production in line with current law, can cite the decree deals with the Mato Grosso do Sul More Sustainable Program. It is important that all landowners will follow the recommendations that are provided by law so that the state will not face water shortages that occurred in São Paulo in 2014.
