Being a leader in a changing world becomes a challenge for administrators who need professionals who can lead their employees to a result. Pointing an "ideal leader" becomes a challenge, and many questions are posted as how to manage people with wills, wishes, desires, and that we ourselves often do not understand our own "I"? What is the best way to lead a person? What better style to be adopted? The aim of this study was to clarify what is leadership, types of leadership, roles and profile as the leader and the administrator can conquer the profile of ideal leader, in the case study of Sicredi.
