Abstract:
This article indicates how the Micro and Small Enterprises are being included and present perspectives from enjoying the opportunity to expand their participation in bidding processes for federal public procurement through the Electronic Trading, in the presence of Complementary Law n. 123/2006 and the approval of the new Complementary Law n. 147/2014. It is considere that the advancement of public policies for the inclusion of Micro and Small Businesses in government procurement has been key to its sustainability and local development.
