The new configuration of the Brazilian agrarian is strengthened with increasing expansion and obtain profit from agribusiness, specifically that of cane sugar. The sugar cane agro-industrial model is strengthened in a process concentrationist wellas ownership of land, showing, in structural terms, the notion of the capitalist system with its contradictions. Thus, the capital-labor ratio is established in a contradictory manner in the bonds of capital generating instability and /or timeliness of the work. The ills established in the condition of sugar cane have the uneven and combined logic of capital, in which the losing party in this condition is the worker who is subservient to survive taking precarious jobs or even subhuman, creating forms of cross- -dressing labor “slave”.
