planning culture: concepts and perspectives historical-analyticalC

The article aims to survey theoretical literature as well as historical and analytical about the concept of spatial planning and its evolution over time until the present time, when the analysis assumes that the local cultures as important for policy spatial planning. A survey was conducted in books and international journals, in order to deepen the discussion on the topic in question.
