The authors showed the necessity of studying the seat of the disease minutely, for the better understanding of the epidemiologic and clinical questions related to it. They showed that deer and goats may play an important part in the spreading of the virus. The authors give graphs on the Weil-Felix reaction with nine Proteus in man and animals.
