O vício da virtude: autoconstrução e acumulação capitalista no Brasil

This conference puts into question the role of collaborative building to the improvement of habitation conditions in Brazil. It is suggested that this method should neither be estimulated nor be transformed into public policy, for it depends on unemployed workers and does not contribute to create a real-estate market.
