Liderança: uma relação com base no gerenciamento de stakeholders, a partir da ótica dos liderados

This article studies leaders before the interests of their followers who are considered a stakeholder of the organization. The objective of this article was to analize the behavior of the leaders who provide conditions to the followers to reach their interests. A descriptive and quantitative research was carried out. A specific questionnaire was created and applied in a sample of 198 managers of large companies of São Paulo City. The research showed some leaders attributes, skills and also the leaders behaviors that affect followers' trust and how leaders take care of the different interests of their followers. The research also identified a leadership dynamic composed by six categories: firmness in the defense of ideas, offering of rewards options, proposal of new experiences and challenges, concession of autonomy in the work based on the trust, reference for the followers and, finally, attention towards personal life of the employees.
