In this current context of increasing interest on Organizational Learning, there are good opportunities to develop new reflections about this field. Among different perspectives to better understand Organizational Learning, the sociopractical approach has occupied prominence. In this approach, emerges the notion of community of practice, that has been regarded as a very fertile context to promote organizational learning. Despite of that, the literature on this theme, in Brazil, is still fragile and incipient. In this sense, this paper aims to draw the state of art related to the concept of communities of practice in Brazil, proposing a research agenda in different thematic and methodological perspectives.
