In this article we attempt to establish the form and the reasons for the perseverance of the Wheel of Fortune’s notion as a source of both technical and non-technical economic and organizational cultures. We have analyzed its practical application,its theoretical basis and we have raised some hypothesis on the reasons of its persistence.
