Ontoprolog: a language to specify discourses on ontologies

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the information architecture of a textual formal language to represent and to reason about real problems based on domain ontologies and foundational ontologies. The framework is based on Logic Programming, and consists of a formal language that uses the metamodeling paradigm to produce heterogeneous ontologies that can be described as instances of foundation ontologies.
