The text shows the gestalt-therapy and the daseinsanalysis as representative approaches to human dreaming in the clinical practice, using as basis the phenomenological method. It brings up the theoretical concepts and the practical applications proposed by both approaches. Finally, it also presents an analysis of the convergences (similarities) and divergences (differences) of both theories, establishing therefore their distinctions and contributions.
