Significance in cleaning and conservation activities

Based on the historical and dialectic perspective, current essay reflects on the meaning of working in cleaning and conservation services in a service firm employing female labor. The progressive-regressive analysis highlights the objectification of subjects and recovers particularities within the universal factor, involving past, present and future dimensions. Choice has been motivated by economical need and poor schooling. Devaluating aspects have been enhanced within the meanings commonly given to this type of labor, even though it is important and central in the lives of these female laborers. Positiveness exists due to the fact of being a laborer, or rather, having a job backed by labor laws and thus providing for family maintenance. Job favors social and friendly contacts outside the home. With regard to the future, such a profession showed itself to be less attractive and a change of job surely occurs when another opportunity of professional insertion comes in the way.
