This article examines the qualifications of people who work in the health area, within the context of the technological changes occurring in production restructuring and work organization processes. In the first part, the authors discuss the changes in the field of work organization and their impact on the work process in the area of health, starting from the various studies made. In the second part, the authors analyze the contradiction within the technology paradigm, from the perspective of qualifications and new skills. In concluding, the article seeks to highlight the implications of this process in the field of human resources in health.
