Mudança organizacional e trabalho direto em função de flexibilidade e perfomance da produção industrial

Among different aspects, analysis and approaches that the production process restructuring allows, organizational issues and the characterization of work activities will be our emphasis in this paper. Organizational issues became notorious since the failure of automation alternatives as well by the failure of systems like Just-in-Time or semi-autonomous groups; Aspects related to work activities in structured companies did not receive emphasis in theoretical, methodological or practical discussions, and were restricted to small groups of analysts, researches and direct agents (managers, workers, unions). Anyway this aspects are deeply important to discuss workers skills and professional formation , as well to promote tools for the improvement of production systems. In this paper two analysis are presented : the company and the work activity by itself. Initially the parameters of the organizational development are presented and then technological and organizational alternatives' are presented to discuss work activities.
