THE POWER OF LIVING: DELEUZE AND THE ART

Abstract

We present here our considerations about the reading undertaken by Deleuze around the aesthetic thought of two artists Carmelo Bene and Samuel Beckett. Our goal was to think along with Deleuze, art as a power to live, like a specific way of trying to understand the effects produced by aesthetic objects whose impacts are reflected in new forms of subjectivity that do not cease to proliferate lines Trail responsible for escape from the normativity of the devices. His working method is guided by the prospect of a jazz composition in which Deleuze comes to writing about art in order to track the interstices of a non conceptual thinking traces of difference as a political strategy. Our final considerations are dedicated to present the Carmelo Bene and Samuel Beckett's work in a specific way of understanding the emergence of new subjective processes marked by the philosophy of difference.
