THE MACROPOLITICS AND MICROPOLITICS RELATIONS IN THE DAILY LIFE AT CRAS

Abstract

This article discusses the relationship between macropolitics and micropoliticsin the daily work of the professional team that acts in the basic social protection of the Unique Social Assistance System (SUAS).This discussion is based on the partial results of the research funded by CNPq / FAPEMIG. The research aims to analyze relationships in the territory of a Reference Center of Social Assistance (CRAS) in Belo Horizonte, emphasizing the management style of social work between staff and with families. This study has as methodology an intervention research and the ideas of Deleuze and Guattari as theoretical framework. From the semi-structured interviews, meetings and restitutions made with the team, we concluded that the relationship macropolitics and micropolitics is immanent and emerges in points such as political views, work overload, work overload, intersectoral approach, relationship with the territory and importance of collectivity.
