This article is proposed to approach the theme of intra-family violence against children, mainly on the topic about Law questions, making an intersection between Law and Psychology and further matters involved showing, this way, the need for an interdiscilpinary job against bad treating. From then on it brings information on this new field of work of the Psychologist which is Law psychology, still a little known field, however of extreme importance for the job of the Psy professional.
