Juridicialization of life: democracy and participation. Anarchy and what is left

This article describes some contemporary practices of judicialization of life as components of actual borderless concentration camps. Emphasizes the practices that focus on children and youngsters considered adolescent offenders, namely, the management of social and educational measures applied in open environment and the experiences of restorative justice in Brazil. Also discusses the accuracy of terms as judicializatin e juricialization. In the end, the text asks about the resistances starting from the existence of children, the anarchy and what is left.
