This article brings some reflections regarding the subjetivation process in the contemporary world. Here I argue and debate three points that I consider important: the roles of the media in this process; the prevalence, in the products of the media, of what could be called hegemonic representations, its implications, and the needing of working thinking about the differences. Finally, the space that Psychology has occupied in subjectivity production and the possibility of another Psychology.
