Location and formal quality of the Rorschach-SC in Brazil: validity with non-patient sample

This present study aimed to verify the validity for the Atlas of Location and FQ List for the Rorschach-SC. It was investigated a sample of non-patients of 46 adults of both genders, being 54% male, aged between 18 and 64 years, and varying levels of education. The instruments used were the Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20) and the Rorschach Method. Comparative analysis by means of ANOVA were performed with the variables of location - W, D, Dd and Dd99, and frequencies and percentages concerning the formal quality - FQo, FQu, FQ-, X +% Xu%, X% X% and WDA%. The comparisons revealed significant differences for Dd, Dd99, XA and X-%%, and marginally significant difference for the FQ. In comparison with the normative group, the analysis highlighted differences between groups for the FQo, XA%, X +% and X%. The results were interpreted as evidence of validity for the location of Atlas and the List of FQ produced in Brazil.
