O presente trabalho discute a proposta atual de reforma do ensino superior no país como decorrência das transformações da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases de 1996. Para tanto focaliza a discussão a partir de três eixos principais, a saber: a história recente da construção de políticas públicas na área de Educação e as implicações decorrentes da não discriminação do que seja Ensino Superior e Universidade; a definição das diretrizes para o ensino superior determinadas por organismos internacionais interessados na participação do setor privado sobre a Formação (profissional); e a identificação dos princípios que sustentam o modelo a partir do qual a reforma se apóia, ou seja, a construção das Diretrizes Curriculares para os cursos de Graduação e a consolidação de um Sistema de Avaliação para o Ensino Superior.

This paper discuss the on-going proposal to restructure the Brazilian Higher Education System as a consequence of the modification of the law (LDB) in 1996. It focuses on three basic issues, as follows: the recent history concerning the formulation of public policies in the educational area and the implications of a lack of discrimination between Higher Education and University; the definition of the guidelines for Higher Education determined by international organisms which have private interests over the current formation of professionals; and the identification of the principles that sustain the model which supports this change, meaning the Curricular General Orientations for the undergraduate courses and the consolidation of a evaluation system for Higher Education.

Este artigo tem como objetivo argumentar a favor da riqueza da abordagem etnográfica no âmbito do estudo da vida de pessoas em locais de trabalho, tomando como referência pesquisas desenvolvidas com esta abordagem na escola pública, na fábrica e no transporte coletivo urbano. Centramos nossas reflexões em dois aspectos da pesquisa de campo: o estar no campo e a coleta de "dados" em uma abordagem dessa natureza. A abordagem etnográfica tem se mostrado importante instrumental no sentido de compreender como as pessoas coletivamente constróem e dinamizam processos sociais, como a subjetividade se expressa, como atribuem significado às situações sociais que ganharam uma organização formalmente constituída.

This article aims at arguing in favour of the richness of the ethnographic approach for the study of people’ s lives in their working places, grounded upon researches carried out under such approach in state school, factory and collective urban transport. Two aspects of the fieldwork have been focused: being in the field and collecting "data" under such approach. The ethnographic approach has been evidenced as an important tool for understanding the way people collectively build up and put the social processes into practice, the way the subjectivity is manifested and how the meaning of social situations that are endowed with a formally constituted organisation is attributed.

Utilizando os conceitos frankfurtianos de público e privado, o texto parte da problemática do atendimento psicanalítico em ambulatórios institucionais para analisar os fundamentos sócio-culturais e históricos que embasaram a fundação da clínica psicanalítica caracterizando-a como um método específico para lidar com as categorias privadas do indivíduo levando à necessidade de re-pensarmos sua utilização dialetizando-a ao momento histórico atual.

Employing the frankfurtian concepts of "public" and "private," this paper begins by dealing with the issue of institutional psychoanalytical clinic in order to analyze the socio-cultural and historical aspects which were present at the foundation of psychoanalysis and which have made it a specific method for dealing with individuals’ private categories. The paper ends by suggesting the necessity of rethinking the utilization of psychoanalytical method dialectically to the current historical moment.

O trabalho propõe uma escuta ética das psicologias contemporâneas, a partir da ética da alteridade radical de Emmanuel Lévinas. O lugar do Outro, em quatro abordagens significativas da teorização e da aplicação psicológicas - behaviorismo radical, psicogenética, abordagem centrada na pessoa e análise existencial - é identificado e confrontado com as exigências da ética levinasiana. Como resultado, é proposta a inclusão da alteridade na discussão psicológica, em termos da própria constituição da subjetividade, bem como da relação com o outro da exterioridade e da interioridade psicológicas.

This work proposes an ethical hearing of the contemporary psychologies, from the perspective of Emmanuel Levinas’s ethics of radical alterity. The place of the Other, in four significant approaches of the psychological theorization and application - radical behaviorism, psychogenetics, person-centered approach and existential analysis - is identified and compared to the requirements of Levinas’s ethics. As a result, the inclusion of the alterity in the psychological discussion is proposed, in terms of the constitution of the subjectivity itself as well as the relation with the other of the psychological exteriority and interiority.

A partir das contribuições de Viktor Frankl, o artigo discute teoricamente a distinção e as relações entre a dimensão noética (ou espiritual) e a dimensão religiosa da experiência humana. Descrevemos a dimensão noética procurando explicitar suas características essencialmente humanas e suas expressões inconscientes. Analisamos que no fenômeno da consciência moral, o homem considera o caráter transcendente desta - através da intuição - podendo dizer Tu a esta transcendência e constituir um relacionamento que se configura como experiência religiosa.

Starting from Viktor Frankl’s contributions, the article concerns, theoretically, about the distinctions and relations between the Noetic Dimension (Spiritual) and the Religious Dimension of human experience. We have described the Noetic Dimension, trying to explain its essentially human characteristics and unconscious expressions. We have remarked that on the moral conscience, man concerns about its transcendent aspect - by intuition - being able to say YOU to this transcendence and to build a relationship which takes the form of a religious experience.

A partir de uma abordagem histórico-cultural em Psicologia, este trabalho analisa o percurso de desenvolvimento de Kaspar Hauser, um personagem real e enigmático que, quando encontrado em Nuremberg, em 1928, com supostamente 15 anos, não sabia falar, nem andar e não se comportava como humano. Até hoje o seu enigma persiste: apesar de muitas hipóteses e suspeitas, não se descobriu sua origem. Apoiando-se em estudos de Vygotsky e Luria, que indicam que a percepção depende, sobretudo, da práxis social, necessária para gestar o referencial cultural de apreensão da realidade, a autora analisa como se articulam linguagem e pensamento no desenvolvimento cognitivo de Kaspar Hauser e como ele concebe o mundo que o cerca, tendo sido privado dos filtros e estereótipos culturais que condicionam a percepção e o conhecimento.

Starting from a historical-cultural approach in Psychology, this work analyzes the development of Kaspar Hauser, a real and enigmatic character that didn't know how to speak, nor to walk and didn't behave as a human being when he was found in Nuremberg, in 1928, at supposedly age 15. Still today, his enigma remains: in spite of a lot of hypotheses and suspicions we have not yet discovered its origins. Leaning on studies of Vygotsky and Luria, which indicate that the perception depends, above all, on the social practice which is necessary to produce the cultural reference for the apprehension of reality, the author analyzes how language and thought are articulated in Kaspar Hauser's cognitive development and how he conceives the world that surrounds him, having been deprived from the filters and cultural stereotypes that stipulate the perception and knowledge.
