Open-access Hispanismo e indigenismo: o dualismo cultural no pensamento social peruano (1900-1930). Uma revisão necessária

This article is about the two peruvian interpretations that, in the earlier XXth century, discussed about the cultural components of that country and their rol in the conformation of the peruvian further nation. This presentation attemps to outline the dualism that hispanismo and indigenismo had in common and how this dualistic perspective remains important until now. I will suggest that opposition and conflict are not the only forms of cultural communication - as dualistic perspective think - and that is necessary to think iguality as well and at the same time that difference.

dualistic thought; cultural diversity; cultural relationships
