The author analyses the main issues related to political feuds within organizaiions, from the poini of view of his interpretation of Macchiavelli's theories. Pareto's power maintenance systems are used for complementing the analysis. At least, the impact of political manipulation in organizations is examined, specially when having effects on both the efficiency and the search of productivity.
