We report a rare case of multiple meningiomas in a 5-month-old infant. Diagnosis was difficult due to the uncommon presentation of the lesions. The main lesion was observed at the sellar and suprasellar regions and a large cystic lesion was also seen in the right frontal region. A review of the literature is also presented.
