The preclinical teaching, as an educational level, is being adversely affected by the absence of a philosophy which emphasizes basic sciences as fundamental knowledge for the fulfillment of qualified academic and professional missions. The discussion might contribute to create an agenda for changes - goals and strategy iniciatives.
