Oral manifestation of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

B-cell lymphomas account for around 90% of all cases of lymphoma. The appearance of oral lesions with this type of lymphoma is uncommon but in cases where involvement is seen, the anterior region of lower jaw is most frequently affected. Here the case of a 22-year-old male patient is reported; he was diagnosed with large B cell lymphoma in the mediastinal pleura and after 1 year of treatment he evolved with a nodular lesion in the anterior region of the lower jaw involving the incisors. Histological diagnosis and immunohistochemistry confirmed secondary lymphoma. The patient was submitt.
