This paper aims at analyzing important aspects of the conceptual, lexematical and terminological levels of the generative process of both encoding and decoding enunciation. The study of the structures and functions of the standard units from the cognitive and semiotic levels are of great relevance when it comes to lexicological, semiotic and terminological research. On the one hand, we analyze the structural and terminological complexities belonging to the constructs in the first level - the archi-concept, the meta-concept, the meta-meta-concept - in order to reach a proposition of a concept fields typology. On the other hand, we analyze conceptual and methodological differences between concept and definition as to propose subsidies to the configurative methodology of the semantic-conceptual trait of a concept.
