In college students’ total physical health score, the failed male students accounted for 12.48%, and the female students 7.58%. Conclusion:

University professors should design a targeted scientific training plan according to the student's physical condition. The training should combine sports motivation with psychological demands and promote students’ enthusiasm for the sport. University students should also be encouraged to choose some exercise to maintain active participation, improving the overall health quality of Chinese university students.
