Open-access Documented records of Myiarchus tuberculifer (d'Orbigny & Lafresnaye) (Aves, Tyrannidae) from Pernambuco State, Brazil

    There are in Brazil 210 species of Tyrannidae, including four species of the genus Myiarchus Cabanis, 1844: M. tyrannulus (Müller, 1776), M. ferox (Gmelin, 1789), M. swainsoni Cabanis & Heine, 1859 and M. tuberculifer. This last species is for first time reported from Pernambuco State, in fragments of Atlantic forest (Reserve State of Gurjaú, Santo Agostinho Cape and Ecological Station of Tapacurá, in São Lourenço da Mata). The species identification was based on voices records.
