Economic crisis and possible legal and social perspectives

This paper demonstrates that the twenty-first century (re) started from the overall effects of the economic crisis of 2008, with immediate consequences for the interactive reconstruction of the right, the economy and politics, examining the new legal and social perspectives resulting mainly in regard to the redefinition of state sovereignty and questioning what is meant by sustainable development. The paper examines therefore the possible consequences in the mechanisms of market regulation and employment relations, and their collective effects intra and inter-generationals, in addition to new responsibilities and interactions between states and economic agents at the international level, concluding that risks from the economic crisis have no answers only, individual or nique.
