The 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and assistance humanitarian: International cooperation and Häberle’s Cooperative Constitutional State for the (im)possibilities of the integrated child protection on armed conflicts

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the concepts of international cooperation and the harbelian proposal of Cooperative Constitutional State for the analysis of the possible international cooperation between States and international organizations, based on the 1989 UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the 1949 Geneva Conventions measures, for the promotion of the assistance humanitarian and the integrated child protection for civilian children in the situation of armed conflicts.
