Sexual Diversity and Integral Protection of Childhood and Youth in International Law

Abstract

In the present study, it is argued that sexual orientation constitutes an integral protection’s scope foreseen in the international norm about the human rights of the child, which imposes to the state and the society the development of actions and policies with the objective to promote discussions about sexual diversity and sexual rights as a mechanism of prevention and confrontation to violences of this nature.
