Open-access Justice system or CIS justice system: when the idea of the uniqueness of trans bodies dictates the rules for access to fundamental rights

The present text discusses how the rights to rectify the first name and gender in official documents, guaranteed by the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) for transsexuals and travetis, can be compromised when the operators of the justice system demand gender technologies. that heighten a passability based on binary gender performativities of/in cisgenderness.
