Body Reproductive and Biopolitic: a hystera homo sacer

Abstract

The present article analyzes the specificity of the female reproductive body for the politicization of the natural life characteristic of biopolitical societies, from the analysis of the regulation of the reproductive rights in Brazil, through the "Statute of the Child", and the constitution of the reproductivity as a device, as a biopolitical substance generating hysteras homo sacer.
