The primacy of Constitution as a factor of development of the capitalists production relations

Abstract

The Constitution is considered the fundamental law of the State. This notion is formulated in a historical process, which is related to the primitive accumulation of capital. Thus, it is questioned: how the conception of Constitution as the fundamental law of the State is related to and contribute with the development of capitalists’ production relations? With the goal of understanding this process, it is used the dialect method and the Marxist theoretical reference.
