Open-access Real estate income and property: structure of the Urban Renewal

Based on the urban renewal plans in the region of Luz, in the center of São Paulo, this article analyzes the arbitrary construction of real estate prices in line with the theory of income, through Public Private Partnership contracts that regulate power and financial equivalence, intensifying the dispute for space in the contradiction between possession and property, the “Condominialization of the City” that opposes the perspective of the constitution of the common.
