Open-access Law and state of exception: on the path of Walter Benjamin´s fragments

This article aims to conjugate two important texts of Walter Benjamin: On the Concept of History and The Critique of Violence. The reason for this reading is to show, based on the author's concepts, that in order to break the violence that, as he understands, inaugurates and maintains the Law, it is necessary to think about a non-linear History´s conception.
