Abstract
In this text I present two feminist epistemological orientations useful for new perspectives in labor law. The first, based on a feminist theory of labor law. The second, named dirty work. Both orientations demonstrate not only the intersectionality of the hetero-legal matrix that regulates us, but also the implications between the remunerated and the unpaid in the definition of work, subject of law and labor law, as strategic entrances to law as a whole.
