Open-access Complexity, law and legal norms as emergences

This paper builds a theory on the difference between texts and legal norms out of the complexity theory. It understands legal norms as emergent phenomena and interpretations as self-organizing processes in complex systems, which are formed of texts, theories, interpreters, values, worldviews, cases and other. It states that the correction of interpretive claims depends on theories of argumentation.
