Perspectives on the right of peasant women to produce

Abstract

This analysis highlights the agrarian activities carried out by the peasant women in order to analyze the agrarian law critically. Women of the countryside have peculiar experiences, culturally and historically influenced, which are reflected in domestic and agrarian work carried out, often under oppressive conditions. It is a descriptive and analytical study, which brings certain statistical data closer to a debate on law.
