The invisibility of Sport and Culture as Rights of Children and Adolescents

This article aims to problematize the invisibility of sport and culture as fundamental rights of children and adolescents. Two examples are given on each issue, specifically regarding the right to sports and the professionalization of athlete training centers and the right to culture of adolescents in compliance with socio-educational measures to point out the lack of budget priority for the implementation of these public policies.
