Role of the union centrals in the context of covid-19: approximations and distances

The article aims to investigate the role of the union centrals in the context of covid-19. From a bibliographic review directed to the health crisis, contemporary syndicalism in Brazil and the emergence of the three union centrals covered in the investigation - the Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT), the Central Sindical e Popular Conlutas (CSP-Conlutas) and Força Sindical -, the study presents an analysis of institutional documents such as public notes, congressional theses, resolutions and editorial articles regarding the positioning, agendas and performance of these centrals in the period from February to August 2020, understanding horizons for the class- who-lives-from-labour in Brazil.
