Methodology for the use of chat in nursing

The purpose of this study was to describe the methodology of the use of chat for real-time communication in a group of nursing research. The role of coordinator understands the dimensions of planning, mediation and technology. Each dimension can determine the success or failure of communication. They should be seen in an integrated and modified some of them interfere with the quality of the final outcome of the activity. The software of communication was adopted by Skype® allow free communication among many users in real time. To implement the chat were down five steps: opening, host / heating, the staff development, synthesis and closure. The methodology allowed optimization and flexibility of time, organization of activities and range of goals.
