This work describes an assessment of 41 cases for utilization of Totally Implementable Venous Catheter used for treatment with antineoplasic drugs.lt describes the reasons that made the group to decide to use this system, analysing its utilization, control and complication. Although the resuslts indicate a 29% average of complications, including failures ocurred during installation and handling, they are considered an acceptable average of approval, 61%.
