The work developed in a woman health program in a suburbis comunity of a capital, carried the autors toask theirselves about anticoncept method used by clients, theirs knowledges and options mainly about to no reversible ways, emphasizing the ethics, morals, physics and psychological aspects related by clients subjected at horn ligature drawing comparison with the existent literature.
