Terms app/ied in an instrument from the international Classification for Nursing Practice on Collective Health in Brazil were assessed based on nursing interventions established by the ICN in arder to determine ir these would be allowed to represent the nursing practice in Brazil. A three-step procedure was used to interconnect such terms and a descriptive analysis was performed. The conclusion was that N/C would be useful in Brazil.
