Perspectives for a new model of organisation in nursing

In this study, based on historical and dialectic materialism, I try to reflect on strategies to re-organize the work of nurses, aiming at minimizing the workers' process of physical and psychical fatigue. The collection of empirical data was carried out along with nurses of two health institutions in the south of the country, by means of interviews, observation and document-based analysis. Based on the indicatives, I present a model of organization inspired by the democracy of relationships, focusing on the workers' expression as multidimensional subjects, social actors, and not mere executors of delegated tasks, such as the social and technical division of work has established. A model aiming at establishing interpersonal relations that are more harmonic and horizontal and at sharing knowledge and tasks.
