In this report, we detach the experience and the evolution of the nursery assistence in the ambulatorial service in the HPRLLP-USP-Bauru-SP, which aims to reach the most eficcient results in the aesthetic, functional and pshicosocial rehabilitation of those who have cleft lip or palate. We stand out the importance of active participation of the pacient and his family on the knowledgement of his health problems in order to improve a complete rehabilitation.
